Location is great, amenities in hotel were wonderful, nice wellness SPA in the hotel and pretty good restaurant where we had our breakfasts and dinners. It was BD of my wife and hotel offered nice additions to make our stay and celebration fantastic - thank you so much!

“Nice hotel stay close to forest and lake with perfect swimming and sauna”

Very nice hotel in the quiet part of the city very close to forest but within 5 minutes walking distance to main points of interest. Nice rooms, properly sized and clean, very good meals in restaurant and wellness, especially swimming pool and sauna were exceeding my expectations. Bar tender was very communicative and could offer local drinks with little story behind

Surprisingly excellent quality hotel in a fantastic location. Great value for money, very kind staff—especially the lovely bartender lady, whom we thank again for everything :) The wellness area is clean and fully satisfying. The view from the pool is amazing! Cleanliness and a pleasant fragrance can be felt everywhere. The restaurant offers a brilliant selection of local dishes, and the breakfast is plentiful and fresh—you can find everything you need for a perfect morning, including prosecco! Our room was well-sized, with a balcony and a view of the mountains. There are plenty of hiking opportunities nearby. Overall, they gave us a perfect weekend, and we will definitely return. Thank you!

All of the staff were excellent, especially Tomáš in the bar. The facilities on offer, especially wellness, made it a very enjoyable and relaxing trip. Location was good and there were lovely views.

The hotel is clean and smells nice. The staff is polite and kind. The gentleman with the magnificent mustache was extra helpful with our food intolerance, so thank you again!

High class accomodation. The wellness is great. The stuff was very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Perfectly clean. Everything you need for ski/hiking vacation.

It gave ski resort luxury and coziness. Beautifully styled and clean. All the staff were wonderful and helpful. The wellness spa was also included with our room and it was such a treat!

We were upgraded to a beautiful large suite when there was a problem with the WiFi in the original room. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and professional!

“Perfect location”

The breakfast was very nice. Room was cozy and bed was super comfortable. Unfortunately the spa wasn’t as good, because the water seemed colder than it should have been and there were families with children occupying the only jacuzzi for the whole time we were in the spa. The hotel bar is nice and staff is great. Location is perfect for hiking in the Vysoke Tatry mountains.
