“Wonderful place and customer service and I would definitely go back”

Everything was better then I expected. The appartment was very big and really well equipped. The location was the best in town. The staff was very helpful. I asked for vegan options for breakfast and they cooked for me tofu, mushrooms, also got some veg sausages, ham and hummus. I was amazed with their service so I highly recommend the place to anyone who has special requests.

Great location, and the accommodation in itself is incredible. Spacious room with very well equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, cooker, and coffee machine. The bathroom was also beautiful and clean. The area was quiet and tranquil, no noise at night. I highly recommend this property and I will come back here.

Absolutely everything was fabulous. Perfect big apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Room overlooked 2 sides: the mountain and the forest and the other one was to the lake… breathtaking. Perfectly clean and cosy plus delicious breakfast. We will certainly come back.

It was very clean and comfortable, amazing location, the staff were also friendly, helpful and easy to communicate. The bathroom floor was heated, something very positive for me. Good facilities such as full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, amazing for winter or summer activities.

Beautiful interiors, very cosy. Great location, few minutes walk from train station. Great restaurant, delicious meals, great service. Our room had a beautiful view on mountains. We were very happy with our accommodation and services and will return.

This is a very modern and well appointed hotel in a very central location only 5 minutes from Strbske Pleso train station so it’s ideal if you come by train. There is also an underground carpark if you come by car. The accommodation is high standard and has everything you need. The beds are very comfy and bathrooms are well equipped. Kitchen has all mod cons including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, full size oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave. Of course it comes equipped with all the crockery and utensils you may need for your stay.

“Absolutely fantastic apart-hotel”

Absolutely fantastic apart-hotel! The rooms were large and everything was clean and new. We particularly loved having a washing machine and a drying rack as we had our baby with us. Location is also great - just a 5 min walk from the train station and the little supermarket.

Nice view on the lake, new and spacious apartment, parking included in the price, smooth check in and check out. Quiet place that is relatively close to the big lake. Tasty and affordable breakfast.

Very pleasant apartment and hotel close to the railway station. Nice area, too, with lots of interesting outdoor activities. We also enjoyed the spa of the hotel.

Location was perfect - 5 minutes from the busy centre so very quiet and peaceful. The apartment was well equipped , spotless and very modern.

according to the the staff, it is still a construction site with construction workers on it for the last 2 years. forget the view. upleasant and uncompetent staff complaining about everything. they left us 2 hours sitting and waitting and then said they dont have any option (many options available that time on booking) and then saying they are keeping money. It took me 2 months to get the money back. We were just simply let go. That is a horrible experience, management does not care. This is sunlights anywhere close to rating “9”.

Very clean and modern apartment. Had everything you needed. Nice, big balcony. At the bottom of the village, very close to the train station but a bit further away from the big lake.
