Great location near the park. Good breakfast. Pet-friendly. The checkin was unusual but ok, if you specify the hotel you should checkin in as an additional stop in your Google map.

Near high way. Near city centre and zoo. A lot of shops not far (~150m), ideal breakfast. Good restourant.
