The WiFi doesn’t extend to all the rooms, but is available in the public areas only. It once I told them I needed WiFi in the room too, they kindly agreed to changing rooms. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.

Giacomo was super helpful and so friendly. He came to pick us up from the ferry and also dropped us off when we left. The pool is amazing and it's the real highlight of the place. The view is gorgeous, and it's so tranquil and peaceful.

Conveniently located, near the port. The pool and view was gorgeous. The property manager was so accommodating and actually drove us down to the centre whenever we wanted.

Location is nice and pretty close to the beaches and the village (15 minutes walking or transfer with the property Van at the scheduled hours). Personnel and managers are very nice and friendly. The place has a great potential that is not at all exploited.

“Loved this place!!”

Staff were amazing. Saltwater infinity pool was just stunning. Our room for 3 was large with a huge patio. Another double room had a balcony with the most amazing view straight over the sea. I loved the little beach area where you could walk into the sea over a few rocks and you felt like you were swimming in the middle of the ocean. The whole place was so relaxed and tranquil. Lovely croissants and cappuccinos for breakfast. The free bus runs very regularly and is always on time. It drops you right outside the mud pools.

I was met from the boat by Giacomo who drives the shuttle bus and taken back to Vulcano Blu Residence. Everything was incredible. The room was spacious with a balcony and sea-view and a small kitchen and large fridge. I have never seen such a clean swimming pool and my only regret was that it was too hot for me to swim in it during the day - but I swam every evening. There's a reception area with Wifi where you can get coffee in the morning and cold drinks in the evening, and I made good use of this. I was glad there wasn't Wifi in the room, though this might not suit everyone. I enjoyed going to the reception area to do my emails and other work. The shuttle bus down to the village ran at certain times of the day and although it's not a long walk - it was a great luxury and was very convenient when returning from a swim. Giacomo was always prompt and professional. The girl who cleaned my room came while I was having a shower so we arranged for her to come back later. The place was calm and peaceful and it was an utter delight to stay there. I hope to return.

We liked the pool a lot and the regular shuttle to and from the village is very convenient.

The hotel is a set of individual villas located in a secluded corner of the island. It is very quiet and serene. There is a pool with sea view with hydromassage at the reception (but be mindful you need a cap to swim in there, because somehow they don't allow doing so without it). There is also a private beach with a view on the volcano. The shuttle runs to and from the town center every other hour, and the hotel also arranged a shuttle to pick us up from the ferry port, and to bring our bags to the city center upon departure. Overall, a good value for money with a few tweaks that could be improved. The hotel offers a simple Italian breakfast (brioche & coffee) for an extra fee.
