“I'm very glad we visited Vulcano”

Our host collected us from the port which was very welcome indeed, as we weren't looking forward to the walk with baggage. Excellent food preparation and eating area outside the room, under cover. The Hot Sand Beach and the Black Sand Beach are both fairly close and both worth visiting. The walk up Gran Cratere, a bit further away but walkable, was very worthwhile - an amazing place.

The lady picked us up at the port even though it wasn't very far. It was really nice of her. The location was quiet, and the breakfast on the terrace was also nice. The tourists info and recommandation was valueable and helped us. At the end of our stay we were transefered to porto. If I visit Volcano again, this accommodation will be my choice. Thank you for nice stay.

“Quiet apartman with nice owner”

Nicely equipped, clean and quiet apartment with a nice owner. The breakfast available on the terrace was very cozy.

Mr Crimi and his daughter gave us a warm welcome to the property and the island. The thing that strikes you first about the property is how clean it is! It is set in a perfect location that is green and quiet but still very close to all the shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing comfortable time on this stunning Aeolian Island.

The place is perfect in every aspect. It takes at the most 15 minutes to walk to the Spiaggia delle Acque Calde, which is not a problem for us. The lady in charge is very very nice and friendly. The outside kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make a meal. The outside shower is fantastic.

The owner was very helpful and assisted us kindly with port transfer and luggage service. The property is beautiful and even though it is not super central, it is a short walk from everything on an otherwise small island where everything is within walking distance. I loved the garden shower.

“Living outdoors amongst Mediterranean greenery”

The hosts were accessible and helpful. They drove us from and to the port on our arrival and departure. The location is not in the town center, but still in the walking distance. At least for us this was not a problem. Villa Crimi is located near the road leading from the town center and both famous beaches to Vulcanello side of the island, amongst lush mediterranean greenery. We could really appreciate this since the kitchenette and dining table are located on the roofed terrace and we ate our meals outside. I noticed all rooms have plenty of shade on the terraces. We were there in May so this was not crucial but I imagine it is very important in summer. The interior of the room was nothing special, but we spent most of our time outdoors so this was not important for us. We also liked the sun terrace on the roof which is accessible to all guests, and I have to add that all 8 rooms are nicely separated even though they are all in one villa.

“Cozy and comfortable place to stay”

Very friendly owner who gave us plenty of information about the island and things to do. The room was spacious, very clean and had a beautiful terrace. The pick up and drop off at the port is definitely a big plus. Would highly recommend it.

Everything was fantastic! Set on a hill, surrounded by pine trees, Villa Crimi is a peaceful and quiet place, just a short walk away from Vulcano Porto, with a beautiful private terrace, a charming room with renovated bathroom facilities; breakfast is served on the terrace. A great family-run place; the owner was very kind and attentive and picked me up at the port on arrival and brought me back to the port at the end of my stay. Highly recommended — grazie mille e alla prossima!

Beautiful individual apartments with independent balcony/terrace. There is also a bigger communal terrace which is lovely at sunset. Ilaria was incredibly nice and supportive with any requests we had.

“Wonderful”

Everybody was so helpful and friendly. The owner picked us up from the port, made very good recommendations and helped us immediately as we had difficulties with our rented Quad, they helped us reserve different restaurants and were always reachable. In between walking distance are beautiful black sandy beaches and lovely shops. Best part of the island! No bad smells. We had a lovely, very clean and comfortable room. A perfect stay!
