“A perfect stay in Vulcano !”

Staff was very nice, location is just a minute walk from arrivals. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with large terrace in front in our case.

Breakfast was great, a good selection every day, cappuccino if requested at no extra charge. My room was a little further away from the main hotel, at first the wifi was hard to connect to there but then came good for some reason. Mosquitos were a bit of an issue. Would have loved a kettle in the room, but often the hot water in the breakfast area was accessible. The staff were helpful. Location was good for walking to restaurants and the ferry. The local beach was right across the road, mud bath close ( although closed) and views of the steaming volcano.

Nice clean room. Plenty of space for luggage and hanging space. Great shower. We loved the terrace and the views were sensational. So close to the beach and restaurants. The staff were amazing, especially Margarita. We arrived very early to drop our luggage and because our room was ready, we were able to check in. It was so convenient. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety including fresh fruit. We wish we could stay longer. We thoroughly enjoyed it stay.

I really liked the service at the hotel, I would especially like to mention Margarita at the reception.She helped us with everything, even with our personal problems, she was very friendly and attentive, and Rocky, the worker, explained everything to us in detail.Helped us with our personal matters. I thank all the service staff for their assistance.

Restaurant and cleaning staff were lovely and friendly. Good selection for breakfast. Cleaning staff were very thorough.

Location is fantastic, with everything within walking distance. Rooms are clean. The reception lady was very nice and helpful with suggestions. And they let us check in early as well.

“Very nice location but quite dated and no soundproofing at all”

The hotel is just 2 min from the port where you are arriving. Close to the both beaches. Nice common areas for relaxing in the garden and on the upper terrace.

We had a room with an amazing view of the sea of the vulcano. Staff was super friendly when we arrived, let us in very early so we were happy. The breakfast is served in the Caffè next door and was very generous.

“Unbearable smell.”

The property is located right by the sulfur pond of the island. As soon as I arrived the smell was unbearable. I am not sure why this place is on booking. I am still expecting some financial compensation. The manager was really nice prior to me arriving to the hotel. Then when he witnessed me getting actually sick because of the smell , he became helpless.

Location Staff, Sandy served breakfast with a smile and Cinzia was very helpful with advice on excursions. They arranged for us and our bags to be picked up from the port and taken to the hotel. Breakfast Views of mountain. Great place to relax after an excursion and plan the next.

Reception lady was lovely. We reserved it last minute arriving on the island close to the port, restaurants and the volcano for our short visit and all was good.

The receptionist Cinzia was very friendly and helpful about Vulcano and where to go for lunch evening meal etc. The hotel is very near the beach and also the main street for shops restaurants. The breakfast was nice good quality and decent variety.

“A very good hotel”

A very good, clean hotel next to the beach and very close to the restaurants and bars of the island. The staff was very helpful and polite. The lady at the reception was very kind and offered an upgrade of the room which was very nice. Breakfast was very good, the room was spacious with a very nice view to the sea. It is convenient because it is a few minutes walking from the port, but the beach in front of it is very clean.
