The hotel is pretty comfortable with the cosy swimming pool area. The staff is nice and willing to help. Maybe only at the reception desk information could be provided more clearly. The room is rather small but comes with a big bathroom and the balcony. The breakfast is of good variety and each room has its own table. But it’s better to come earlier, because closer to the end, some food might be already missing. The hotel is located close to the volcano, and in 15-20 minutes walk from the port and the beaches.

“Best choice for couples”

Everything was excellent. The location was just 1,000 meters from the city center and 300 meters from the Black Beach. It was quiet and peaceful. The facilities were well maintained, clean, and had plenty of open space. Our balcony faced the swimming pool area, which was also a very pleasant place to spend the day. The staff was friendly and helpful. For breakfast, you could always find a variety of food choices, including freshly made omelettes with cheese or ham.

It was our best sea vacation. Vibes of "White Lotus." Very quiet, secure place with an amazing view of the volcano. It was only 10-15 minutes from a good beach, but we could stay at the hotel's pool all day. I was personally impressed by the staff and breakfast.

Our stay was exceptional thanks to the wonderful staff of the hotel. We loved the peace and quiet of this place, it was very relaxing, and the food was great. Thank you and see you next time!

Quiet, spacious, located far enough way from the main town. Kind and helpful staff. Nice pool. Walking distance to the start of the Volcano trail.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting 😍 Great views of the Vulcano from the pool. Nice staff. E-bikes were an amazing way to explore the island, handy to have them from the hotel.

Everything! Such a warm welcome. We arrived in bad weather and were offered a warm drink. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and pristine (it smells lovely as the hotel has it's own fragrance). It is set in a lush garden with a gorgeous pool. We were picked up and helped with our luggage. We ate in the restaurant every night as the food was absolutely delicious!!! We are still thinking about our amazing stay and would love to return!

The staff were exceptional - they really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and happy! The pool was lovely to relax by, and it was within walking distance of both the beach and the port town! And the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious too! Exactly what I needed!

Nice breakfast, they prepare eggs fresh for you and they offered almond milk at the cereal section. you don’t see that much in Italy. nice cozy bar with good prices, nice staff, nice pool and small garden.
