We had an amazing stay and as always people make a good stay great!! Lorena, Flavia and the whole team were incredible and really made the stay special! No weak links in the team and we were made to feel so welcome. I also have to commend the detail of some of the decor. The artwork, the tiling of the pool and surrounding areas, the gardens. So beautiful. Thank you to the team who manage this also. Great location with so much close by but not too close. You can chill or get involved in the local activities. What a wonderful place run by wonderful people, thank you, we will be back!! Xx

I absolutely love the location with the stunning volcano views in the backdrop and the close proximity to the beaches. This morning I walked out of my room through the garden and onto the beach for the first swim of the day. The rooms are comfortable and decorated with beautiful tiles - the floors the bathroom and and the whole facility is spotless. The hotel is maintained to a high standard. The staff are kind and friendly and generate a positive energy. In fact I'm not checking out today, I've decided to extend my stay))

It was a reeeeeeeally pleasant stay! The hotel itself is very good - spacious territory, comfortable room, decent breakfast, great location right on the thermal beach and 2 minutes from the main beach. But, what makes it really special is staff! I don't remember when I last felt myself as welcome as here! Highly recommended!

This hotel is everything promised and more! We had amazing experience staying here. Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was fantastic, outdoor facilities perfect for relaxing.

“Relaxing stay”

We loved the view of the volcano and the proximity to the beach. The hotel was beautifully furnished. The toiletries were great. The breakfast was excellent. My rings got tarnished due to the sulphur in the sea, and they kindly cleaned them for me.. The swimming pool feels like spring water, very soft and clean, without chemicals.

Hotel EROS is the hotel where we experienced one the best customer service! Exceptional staff, sensitive attitude towards the guest, attention to details! The hotel offers a free transfer, which is very convenient, upon check-in, we were immediately given a tour of the hotel and provided with full information about the hotel, beaches, facilities,, excursions, car rental, etc. The hotel has an incredible location - at the foot of a breathing volcano, a stone's throw from the beach where you get the opportunity to swim in cold and warm waters due to the volcanic gases that come to the surface (but be careful - the hot outflows can be hot), the incredible color of the water - turquoise, black volcanic sand, and volcano that looks at you and on the slopes of which, if you look closely, you can see a heart! I highly recommend renting a car and driving around the island and enjoy breathtaking views (one of them is Capo Grillo) from which, as someone wrote in the reviews, you can die! Delicious food is a separate great story. The hotel has its own beach and all the necessary equipment - everything is nearby. There is a nice pool. A large selection of breakfasts, very tasty. The aesthetics of the hotel deserve a special word - attention to detail - majolica tiles, a beautiful lobby, a lot of greenery on the hotel territory - everything makes the hotel cozy and a place where you want to return. Thank you for the incredible emotions!

Perfect location right next to 2 beaches. The grounds of the hotel are in excellent condition and very comfortable. There was a shuttle service from the ferry and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The hotel wasn't crowded at all and the breakfast had lots of options. Overall this was the highlight of our trip and we couldn't have been more happy about staying at the hotel. Absolutely wonderful and we will be back again

“Amazing staff, beautiful setting, very relaxing!”

The staff here are absolutely amazing, we were immediately made to feel like VIPs. The layout of the hotel was great for us as you don't feel at all crowded in with other guests. The rooms are nicely spaced out and offer a nice feeling of privacy. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures and perfectly clean and maintained at all times. Some people might worry about the volcanic smell of sulphur but we never had that within the hotel, we only noticed the smell once we got closer to the port which is about a 5 minute walk away. Cannot recommend this place enough, of all the places I've stayed, this is the one that I would be happy to book again. The breakfast was delicious and varied, changing slightly each day. The lunch menu was also very impressive, we had lunch at the hotel most days. Really easy access to both beaches. Just overall perfect, no complaints!

“A wonderful place to stay”

We were met at the port and driven the short way to the hotel and driven back at the end of our stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. We had a comfortable room with two little terraces. The hotel is set in lovely gardens which open directly onto the beach which has warm water and natural bubbles from the volcano. A short walk in the other direction takes you to a black sand beach. When we swam there in the mornings (early October) we were the only people in the sea. As well as the beaches the hotel has a pleasant pool area. The staff arranged for us to hire a car for the day which was brought to the hotel for us and picked up from the hotel car park. If you are able to, don't miss walking up the volcano (open early mornings or late afternoons). The breakfast is excellent. All in all this is an amazing place to stay.

The staff was very welcoming and we felt taken care of. Hotel is very nice, with beautiful interior in traditional style and terraces, it's very calm and you can really enjoy nature. Breakfast was delicious, with a big choice of local products. It is situated perfectly for exploring the island, between two best beaches, and there is a private entrance to one of them. The staff was helping us with everything and even came to meet us at the port when we arrived. The nature around is beautiful, and restaurants are nearby. We definitely can recommend this place!
