The apartments all have a wonderful view looking across at the marina and the town of Vrsar. Having access to the hotel pool, lounge chairs and umbrellas and the beach steps away is lovely.

Perfect location, perfect sea view. Free parking.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment with a balcony offering a wonderful view of Vrsar old town and marina. Part of a much larger resort centered on the Pineta hotel further uphill, with access to various resort amenities. Indoor swimming pool (of modest size) at the Pineta was a useful option on a rainy afternoon. Ample parking space when we visited, making it ideal for exploring the vicinity by car - picturesque historic towns like Poreč, Novigrad, Motovun and Grožnjan all within 15-40 min drive. Many boats offering excursions to Rovinj or dolphin-seeing trips. Restaurants, bakeries, small stores literally under the window or nearby, large supermarkets about 2 km away. If you are coming for a summer holiday, the naturally rocky coast of the resort and the wooded peninsula on the opposite side of the marina has essentially been turned into a paved beach with pool ladders and other access points to the sea.

Location is great for reaching town and to do excursions with the boat. From the room you could see the boats. Shower was good. We used the small indoor pool once, was nice. Heating was ok. Reception personnel was friendly.

“Great stay in Vrsar with a relaxing view”

Most of all we enjoyed the location of the apartment. Starting our mornings with the view over the marina and the old town of Vrsar was so relaxing. Our 4-year-old liked to watch the happening at the lively Riva below from the kitchen window. Everything we needed was close: the beaches, outdoor swimming pool at the Belvedere hotel that was included in our package, restaurants, bakery, small grocery shops and animation area for children. We could walk to the old town of Vrsar with some charming restaurants and small local shops. As for the apartment itself, we basically had everything we needed. It was quite spacious, the beds were comfortable, the kitchenette was functional. There was also a parking place in the shade, that was much appriciated. Overall, as a family with a small child, we were satisfied with our stay.
