Located in a heart of Vrsar Old Town, Degrassi Square Apartmentss is decorated in marine-style and offers free WiFi access. The fully furnished studios comprise a kitchen, satellite TV and a bathroom with shower. Within a short walk away, in the Vrsar Port, guests can find a variety of dining options and bars. The apartment is located at the best possible place in Vrsar, at the very center of the old town. The beach is close (5 min walk), parking is not possible in the old town but the owner has a clever solution by securing a place halfway between the apartment and the beach which is absolutely ideal. The apartment itself is one of, if not the nicest I've ever been in, very well equipped, stylish, nice, with a superb comfortable bed. The old town around it is one to fall in love with! The nearest beach is pebbly with some rocks, water is crystal clear, there are many facilities and toys etc. for children. The owners are super nice too. We had a truly lovely stay! Only thing is, the old town is on a somewhat steep hill, and the apartment itself is in a multi-story building, so it is maybe not ideal for the elderly or the disabled. Other than that, I can't praise it enough!

Apartment was very clean on arrival, Marjana had turned on the AC and had driven us to the apartment. Everything was well organized, Marjana is an excellent host who goes above and beyond to make sure the guests are comfortable. The apartment has practically everything you might need (including bedding, towels, dish soap, bottles of shower gel, conditioner etc., toilet paper and similar), it's situated in the center of Vrsar, very cosy and comfortable, close to a shop, bakery, and restaurants. Perfect for one person or a pair / couple.

“One of the best stays in my life.”
The apartment on the main square in Vrsar, with a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, apartment well equiped and very clean. Marijana, the host, incredible woman, she guided us through Vrsar on the 1st day and helped us with the luggage. Parking included in the price, we got the parking card, so we could park almost everywhere. There is an opportunity to rent bicycles for free from Marijana, that was the best experience. Whether you need an advice or help just ask Marijana. Big 10 from us! Thank you Marijana and see you! :)

Very helpful and nice hosts. Cosy apartment, perfect for a family with 2 children, with everything you would possibly need for a longer comfortable vacation time. Perfect place in the heart of the old town with nice restaurants and bars, bakery and small supermarket just around the corner. Good sound isolation from the street!Would definetely recommend!

Very nice and cozy apartment, right in the city center, close to the beaches. Everything was clean and pretty. The owner was very kind and even helped us with driving inside the old town.

Such a perfect location, in the middle of the town center, with everything you need, nearby. The most gracious and kind hosts, welcoming us with so much warmth and always available for any questions we had. The location is excellent, right next to the square, where the Vrsar municipal building and the Galinier Brunch and Dine restaurant are located, where we had breakfast and dinner, because the food and service are excellent.
