Neat and nicely designed apartments with all needed staff for a short-range living.

It was very clean and comfy. We had everything we needed. Overall I am giving 10.

“Dirty place”

The owner was waiting for us outside, clearly on a hurry. She didn’t explain anything about the apartment and just ask for her money before leaving. She didn’t come with us upstairs to show us around. When we got in, the first thing we saw was a mirror covered in dust, weird. Then we saw an opened cookie pack on the bar and a used coffee capsule. The fridge was full of opened soda bottles, there was alcohol bottles in the freezer and it was strongly smelling like people had smoked inside recently. The bed had no sheets, we had to put them ourselves. Then checking more precisely, we realised there were stains and hairs on the floor, dust everywhere, a disgusting drawer full of unidentified black leftovers, etc… When we told the owner, she answered “do you want to leave ?”… It was past 8pm, we had travelled the whole country before arriving and were leaving early in the morning, so no, we didn’t want to leave. We would have liked apologies and/or a discount. But this would have been a professional reaction and as she didn’t even asked for our passports when we arrived, we assumed she clearly wasn’t. We obviously DONT RECOMMEND this place and we’re still waiting for the owner’s apology.
