The hotel host could not have been kinder! She met us in the city square when our map took us to the wrong location. We arranged a spa treatment and she took care to provide some personal touches like a glass of wine for the hot tub. She allowed us to speak to her daughter (who spoke English fluently) to give us recommendations on where to go the next day. When we needed to exchange some money, the owner allowed us to pay for our dinner the following day. At the end of our stay, our host gave a gift of homemade brandy. It was such a lovely experience here and we wished we had more time to stay!
