“Nice place to stay”

That was a very nice stay. We went when it was not a season yet and booked two rooms. Personnel were kind enough to take my needs into consideration, which I appreciate a lot. The location is not too far from the park; the path to it will be easily covered even if you have elderly relatives with you or children. The spa within the hotel is not too big, but it's nice. We took several massages and facials and used saunas and the pool a lot. An additional plus for me was removing children from the spa area after a certain hour. The restaurant is fine; it lacks consistency, but food is not bad. Breakfast was fine too. Not the most diverse, but again, maybe it was that way because it was not a season yet. Overall this stay was a solid 4/5.

This is excellent hotel with great accommodation and extremely professional staff and service. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with moder design. Breakfast is made with local food and fresh ingredients. Spa is lovely, you can definitely send quality time.

Everything was great, the room, availibility of the staff, the breakfast was ok. Lots of activities for kids in the hotel. It is near to the center, which is another plus.

“Family stay”

During the reservation, we had some miscommunication. But when we checked in, everything was great. The location is near the park. There are many different kinds of saunas.

Service was excellent!

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is great — only about 5–7 minutes walking distance from the park and the main street, which makes it very convenient. We stayed in an apartment that was spacious and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was very good — not extremely varied, but definitely sufficient and fresh. For Valentine’s Day we booked the romantic dinner with a set menu, and it turned out to be delicious and reasonably priced, which was a nice surprise. The spa area is clean and well maintained. During weekends you need to reserve a specific time slot and cannot use it outside of that period. At first this felt a bit unusual, but it actually works fine to avoid overcrowding. Free kids playroom for guests with a very kind lady taking care of the children. The most impressive part of our stay was the service — staff communication was quick, helpful and very professional.

During the three days, we were able to use the jacuzzi only once, as only one was available and the other two were out of order. Otherwise, everything else was great overall.

Уште од првиот момент хотелот ни остави добар впечаток. Персоналот е исклучително љубезен и приемчив. Собата беше пространа, чиста и модерна, многу практична. Каучите во салонот беа удобни. Спа центарот е одличен, особено сауните. Доручекот беше богат со голем избор на вкусна храна, со вегански опции кои ни беа совршени за време на божиќните пости. Посебно би го издвоиле и тоа што на крај ни овозможија late check-out, па имавме шанса без брзање да уживаме во доручекот и повторно да го користиме спа центарот, токму во духот на нивниот слоган slow living. Одлично место за одмор и релаксација, топло го препорачуваме!

The hotel is very new, modern, with great interior design, that goes along with its functionality. Staff was very helpful and welcoming, we got upgraded to an apartment and it was spacious and very comfortable, living room with balcony, kitchen and bedroom. Everything necessary for the Spa is available in the room. The Spa facilities were up to date, clean modern and working greatly. Plenty of choices of saunas, steam bath, infrared, salt room, nice swimming pool for wellness lovers. Breakfast buffet offered a very good quality food and with good variety with vegan options. The apartment was nicely warmed in every room without the temperature shock to reach the Spa and going back to the room. Great thanks to Jovana, Ljubica Milica and to the night receptionist Stankovic (forgot his name), for making our stay cozy and easy going

we are very satisfied to choose n stay at this resort .The recieption boy was very kind to give us late check out due to our late arrival the day before.we enjoyed the SPA who was included in our package .the service at this hotel is very professional. this is a very cozy n beautiful town. i wish i could stay more than one day n would highly recommend to stay at this holiday resort 🌹
