The location is a fantastic base for exploring Vrnjačka Banja on foot. The Slatina spring is right across the road, and there's a spa complex next door. You'll also find plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The room itself is comfortable, with a TV positioned perfectly opposite the bed and lots of pillows for relaxing.

Apartment TIM LUX 1 is exceptional and very convenient for those keen to stay in residential area next to popular swimming complex with thermal water. It is situated in brand new modern building, with parking lot, just outside of Spa and Pool complex. It has every single thing one well equipped home should have, from those things that guests need in the kitchen, living room, at the balcony and in the bathroom. If you have forgotten to buy or bring coffee, sugar, or even brandy, guests will find it there thanks to super kind and generous host Tanja. She will reply promptly to any question or demand guests could have. I appreciated smooth way to get the keys of the apartment, location was super easy to find, private parking lot is right next to the building. Apartament was very clean and neat, with enough natural ligt and comfortable huge sofa-bed suitable for good sleep. If kindly asked, host can provide entrance tickets with reduced price for Spa Complex which was very convenient. Walking from apartment to the center with famous park and pedestrian zone was short, some 10-15 min walk throughout safe and beautiful neighbourhood with many shops, local market and parks. I would definitely return to Team Lux 1 apartment and would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs home (in the best meaning of this term) in gorgeous Spa Vrnjačka Banja.

I arrived to Vrnjaćka Banja for a congress that was at the Terme Hotel which was unfortunatelly overbooked. The Tim Lux appartment was ideal, as it's literally next door from the Hotel - I even managed to arrange with the hotel that I could go for breakfast there (550 RSD). The appartment itself was very clean and I was impressed by all the ammenitites (lots of towels, shower gel, tooth paste, instant and regular coffee with džezva, bottle of rakija). I was skeptial about the couch-bed at first but it was surprisingly comfortable and I slept well. I highly recommend staying here!
