I liked everything very much. Everything was fine, nice, clean, there is a clean and pleasant pool

We had a wonderful stay at Niko’s. He picked us up from the airport, and since our room was ready early, we were able to check in right away. The pool area was beautiful, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the little terrace in front of our room. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Mykonos Town, yet far enough to be peaceful and away from the crowds. There’s also a 24-hour shop nearby, which was very convenient. On top of all, the price was very reasonable.

“Only for few nights”

The building is not far from the Airport and it is included the transfer from there (very useful if you arrive late in the evening). The owner was nice and he gave us a free upgrade. The room was small but the bed was very comfy. There is swimming pool.

“Comportable, on the budget and close to town”

We stayed before in Mykonos town and last day stayed at Nikos rooms. I regretted not booking at Nikos rooms from the beginning. as it was very noisy back in town because of the clubs. This place is close to everywhere I had atv as well but even walking it’s fine. Really good value for the money I have paid. Of course if you need luxury the pay would be equivalent. Also Nikos and his wife are very nice !!

Everything was amazing! Nikos was super nice, helped us in renting a car for a cheap price and even did our transfer to the port. Super welcoming and always with a smile on his face. The place is like 10/15min walk from the center of Mykonos and the pool is amazing also!

Very welcoming host. Comfortable beds. Clean towels daily. Lovely pool and reclining area. Location was perfect. Walking distance to Mykonos Windmills and Little Venice.

Lovely staff, clean room, close to a bus stop and only a 15 min walk to old town.

Nikos was extremely helpful picked us up from the ferry and was very informative about Mykonos

“Excellent place to stay”

The host was amazing giving us a lot of recommendations and also taking us back to the port the day of our check-out for only 20€. Quality price difficult to beat given the crazy high prices at Mykonos. Pick-up from port/airport is included in price. It was very well located with bus station nearby taking you to old town or to the beaches. It also has a 24h grocery shop and a great place to have breakfast/Brunch (Bruno) 6-7 min away.

Location was Great only 12min walk to Mykonos main town. 25min walk or take a bus around the corner to the beach. 3min walk to the supermarket. Everyday new towels and every 3rd day new bedding. Niko was a great friend guy asked every day if everything was good. Gave us tips where to go and not to go. Also picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Also have lots of cats nearby 🖤

Stayed 3 nights at end of island hopping trip. The owner Niko is very kind and helpful. Collected me from port and dropped off to airport too. Very clean studios with relaxing pool area.

Nikos was great! Super accommodating picking us up from the port on the first day and dropping us to the airport on our last. Room was lovely and clean with hot water. Pool was great for afternoon dips. Location was perfect - 10min walk to old town and 2min walk to bus stop that takes you to beaches. Highly recommend staying here!
