Location was good, very peaceful, serene and relaxing environment, Very well maintained property. . The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Arbin ji helped us throughout the trip. While reaching, arranging cab for Barsana, guiding for different places. Also met there beautiful horses. Manik ji were also always there on call making our stay more comfortable. Very humble people. I just loved the vibe there. Would love to stay there again and would highly recommend this place..

It was spacious

The rooms were good.the food options were limited but very tasty food was served. The staff is super friendly. Maanik ensured that we were comfortable and got everyone time. Good experience for a family vacation.

No wheel chair to go to the room from the reception as my wife was having difficulties to walk due to hemiperesis. Didn’t have a proper bed for the 3rd person to sleep though the reservation was for 3 pxs. There were lots of mosquitoes, disrupted our sleep in the middle of the night for which when asked for some help from the reception, response came only after half an hour & the answer was very much unacceptable at that odd hour. Breakfast options were only the food we cant take. Overall it was a very awful experience which I never saw in the last many many years. The reception counter & the dining area was also not at all suitable to sit as there was foul smell from the adjacent wash room.

The staff, the conduct, the architecture of family cottage. The rooms are cottage styled and surrounded by lush green parks. It takes you very close to nature and you would want to forget about the hectic schedule and tech infected life but at the same time it doesnt feel like you are in jungle.

Place was clean, and really love the whole atmosphere, the rooms were comfy. Love the horses and staff was very friendly and helpful. Also love the fact it has international plugs pre installed.

This is an extremely beautiful property at a very convenient location. This place is very well maintained and could be your weekend getaway spot. Very courteous staff, specially our caretaker Manik who always available just a phone call away .
