They confirmed my booking but didn't pick our call when we were at the property. It was terrible experience. I was with my family at 11 PM and because of irresponsible behaviour of the owner we had to switch to different hotel. Never book if you want to save ur time and energy

“Worst stay worst people”
This is a shitty place with awful people, whom you would have to chase for services. They misbehave and does not keep any record for the stay this is not for family trip people . We shouldn’t have stayed there but had to sue to unforeseen circumstances and was a hell kind of experience. I requested to cancel but they were like worst people in Vrindavan

“Extremely bad experience”
I can't mention anything that I liked about this property.Booked this hotel for stay with family It was terrible staying there.Property is at outskirts and felt isolated. All of my family members were scared and can't sleep because of property location,felt like ghost house. No support from the staff..One guy will come and handover the keys and will not respond any of your query.No support at all. Language of the staff is like 'tu,tere ko,o bhai' very disrespecting.
