Nothing, not clean, geyser not working, tv remote not provided No cleanliness.. Called the owner for geyser, no response after taking amount

When I reached the property, could not find in the location. When called the number, he told that I am the owner but not available for teh stay. This is how booking.com fools customers. So, this property and booking.com is never recommended as seems fe=raud.
