The guesthouse is located in a quiet rural area. It is kids friendly, there is a playground next to the house. Our room had a terrace which opened to a large backyard. The view is wonderful. Breakfast was excellent. There is a large choice of beverages (coffee, tea, juice, milk) and food. The guesthouse has a private parking.

Everything was great. Good location closed of the center of the town. The best price/quality balance.

It was a really lovely room,clean,with a very large terrace. We arrived quite late and the personnel were so nice. They welcomed us and checked us in, breakfast was ok,I definitely recommend it,it also has a playground for children, really nice.

Rural surrounding, guesthouse seems to be in the middle of nowhere while it is just 25 km from Ljubljana and the same distance from Postojna. Restaurant in the same building. Convenient parking places, nice room and bathroom, good breakfast and wifi, friendly staff.

Great self contained room for our one night stay. Standard facilities with private bathroom and toilet. There is no fridge or tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Located in a lovely peaceful rural setting with local walking tracks in the area. Evening meal in the restaurant was very reasonable. We had breakfast in the morning and the selection was great with continental and european, plus cooked options. You need a car for this accommodation and there is parking available.

The guesthouse is located in a beautiful environment, the room was extremly clean, the owners and the staff were really nice and helpful. 🙂

The room was very clean, had a wonderful smell. The breakfast was great too. There was table soccer and playground for our children, they enjoyed them a lot. Also the environment is beautiful. This is a very highly recommended place to stay, perfect value for money.

If you are looking for a nice hotel with excellent price-quality ratio with a friendly host, then Guesthouse Mesec Zaplana is the place to be. Our motorbikes were safe and dry in the shed, we had a great meal there in the evening and a good Slovenian breakfast in the morning. For us it was a great address. We will come back again.

Clean, friendly staff

Simple but very clean room. Nice owners, they also run something like a small local pub where locals come for a drink. Large parking. Good breakfesst. Located in a small winter resort, in the mountains.

Great hotel in the suburbs of Ljubljana. Amazing nature, hotel owners, great bar for evenings. We would definitely go there again when we are in Slovenia in the summer.

“A good located B&B but the breakfast is not consistent”

The properties is located in a very quiet village with tranquillity in great countryside environment. The room is clean and the beds are fine to us. There is a restaurant in this premises, however we have not tried it for the reason as the later part of the review. We arrived early in this properties about 10 soemthing in the morning, the lady owner, I supposed, was very kind and let us check in and left the luggage in the room before we went to Ljubjana, it was very kind of her.
