“Really nice getaway for families and amazing wellness”
There were plenty space in the suit we booked. Pools were also amazing and there is a lot of content for the kids and adults. Stuff is super kind and helpful, made our stay really easy and comfortable. Food was really good and there were a lit of different choices. Everything was really clean

“Food poisoning at pool bar”
The hotel itself is excellent, especially the beautiful thermal pools, which are truly a highlight and make the stay very enjoyable. However, precisely because the hotel and its facilities are so good, the staff seem to allow themselves to behave in an unprofessional and arrogant manner.

“A great hotel but let down by simple things.”
Location is great with a natural forest suround and the large indoor heated pools are extremley good . The summer months are even better when you have access to even more pools . Generally i think the hotel is very good especially for kids .
