“grate expiriance”
the accommodation and the room were great, the hotel itself is located near the center where there are many cafes and bars serving delicious food. there is a parking space in front of the hotel, the employees are very kind. we highly recommend this accommodation in vranje

“Great central location with friendly staff”
Great staff, very friendly, they even made us coffee in the morning when we asked for a kettle. Very centrally located, 5 minutes to the bars and restaurants. Air conditioned, with a balcony, big bed and a car park in front.

It took almost 45 minutes to check in, the guy at the desk was not friendly at all. Eventhough I had paid cash at his desk, he charged again on my credit card. 2 days later I called him and he promissed to retransfer the money which I am still waiting for to get back until now. ( 3 month ago) Who can I turn to in that case?
