My perfect French get away...ideally located in gorgeous village with all amenities a few minutes walk. Bike along the Loire bike path then come back and relax in the gorgeous garden before falling sleep in the super pretty toile de jouy bedroom.

The garden was enchanting and so we the place where my husband and I stayed. The place is clean and bright. The location was great to all the chateaux we wnated to visit. The parking was always available. We wish we could stay longer. The owner Veronique was helpful and most friendly.

A well equiped gite with a lovely garden where one could relax or eat. Very secure and although it doesn't have private parking it turned out parking was easy, near and plentiful. The owner was very welcoming and helpful.

It is as pretty as it looks in the pictures. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed being able to sit out in the sheltered, sunny garden, even when the weather wasn’t that warm. We were made to feel welcome and had a lovely time.

“A wonderful place to stay”

The setting for the home is wonderful, and you can look out over a lovely garden. The kitchen is well-equipped and the lounge is very comfortable, including an electric recliner. The bedroom and bed were very comfortable and the bathroom was a very good size with a large and excellent shower. We were on a motorbike but were offered the garage which we accessed within the compound and very secure. Opposite is an excellent deli, and beyond that a butcher's and boulangerie. A 5-minute walk down the road brings you to a couple of restaurants. and a supermarket is a 7-minute walk away. Vineyards are all around to visit and about 20 minutes to Amboise, plus not far to some of the best Chateau. There is a four-seater table and chairs outside the kitchen, with its own door, which makes for a lovely place to either enjoy breakfast, dinner or a chilled glass of Vouray. There is parking on the street opposite the house for a car.
