Beautiful balcony view and very clean and neat room. Supermarket and restaurant are only a very short walk. The owners Nikos and Iryna are very friendly and helpful.

This property was very comfortable and the hosts were very welcoming. It was located in the small village of Votsi, just a couple of minutes’ drive from the main port. The room had everything we needed and our hosts Nikos and Iryna were friendly and helpful. We had an amazing view of the bay from our balcony. It was walking distance to a range of restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. An extra convenience was kitchen facilities which meant we could cook our own meals sometimes too as we stayed a whole week.

Nikos rooms are very clean and comfortable. It was great to have a little balcony, a fridge in our room and air conditioning. There is a little shared kitchen with crockery and cutlery etc which is very useful. We were lucky to have a room with a sea view which was wonderful. Niko and his wife were very welcoming. Votsi is a great spot to stay just 20 minutes walk from the port of Patitiri.

Great location. Two beaches very close by and a lovely taverna/cafe right next door. Lovely and quiet and great view from balcony. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The property was clean, and close to the beach. The rooms were spacious. The highlight of the property is Niko himself- he is the best; friendly, warm and helpful host.

The host is amazing and the view from our room was great! The room was really tidy, basically furnished but with A/C, a shared kitchen and a nice patio. One minute from the charming beach of Votsi. There are couple of good restaurants in the nearby. Easy to reach, especially if you have a scooter or a car.

The position is strategic, you can easily rent a motorbike and see all the Island. The structure is clean, relaxing and with a beautiful sea view (Votsi beach.) Nikos is a very nice host, he knows Alonissos very well and gave us a lot of useful tips about restaurants and beaches.

We loved the location and had a great view of the harbour from our room. The place was peaceful with a beautiful garden. Nikos and Ireyna were perfect hosts - collected us at the port and kept the place clean and tidy.

Very nice welcome from Nikos and his wife. Quiet location with good equipments and great views on Votsi's harbour. Patitiri is easy to reach by foot, and with a car all main beaches are easy to reach.
