Absolutely immaculate , clean with fresh towels delivered every few days. Maria couldn’t have done more to help us. Fantastic pool. Beautiful Votsi nearby.

Wonderful place, great location, within walking distance two beaches and two excellent restaurants (Greek and International). Nice host, we will come back. Alonnissos is an amazing place.

The location was perfect—a very nice view, just a short walk to the beach making it easy for us to enjoy the sun and sea whenever we wanted. A special touch we truly appreciated was the homemade marmalade, local cookies and water provided on our arrival.

“Spacious house”

The property is at a nice location, with nice view and restaurants in walking distance. It is very spacious & clean. The swimming pool is a nice plus.

Friendly hosts, who we saw every day, Maria brought us local sweets which was so kind. Not intrusive, just friendly and at hand to help us. They delivered a hire car and provided transfer to and from the port. Made us feel incredibly welcome. The pool is set in a stunning garden, very peaceful yet close to 4 restaurants, beach, minimart and boat harbour where we organised a sunset cruise. Beautiful views, great setting.

Swimming pool and garden maintenance and care. Maria was also very welcoming and flat was very clean and bed linens and towels changed often.

It says 2 bathrooms but it is only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet which is not sufficient for a family of 4 including small kids.

“Beautiful Villa, lovely host.”

Brilliant little house for a week in Alonisos. Maria, the host, met us at the port and drove us up to the villa. Really quiet spot to relax, you do need a car as its a bit out of the town and not near any beaches. The pool was lovely each day when we came back from the beaches. The villas itself was really clean and comfortable, kids slept upstairs in the loft and the double room we had had plenty of space. Nice patio out front overlooking the pool and fig trees out the back which Maria told us we could help ourselves.

“A very enjoyable stay in Alonnisos”

There are four well appointed villas surrounding an attractive swimming pool with sun beds. To explore the island a hire car would be useful and the property is well situated within easy reach of a number of beaches, the Old Town and the Port. It is also within walking distance of a number of local tavernas. If I could give the Proprietor Maria 11 out 10 I would! She was always extremely helpful, met us on arrival and even helped sort out our hire car.

“Perfect Greek villa to stay with family and friends!”

We travelled with two other families so this villa was perfect as it has four villas placed around a central pool. The villa has everything you need in the small kitchen, the rooms are very clean and the little second bedroom in the loft is great for children! The pool is a good size and plenty of space around it to sit. It is also right above Votsi harbour where there are several restaurants and it’s a lovely swim with lots of fish to see!

Maria is the kindest woman, who wishes to make you comfortable and “at home”. She is only a smile away😊 Her English is not the best, but this was part of the charm. She fetched us at the port at a time where it was pouring down with rain. She drove me to the super market afterwards. She passed by several times during the week to make sure that everything was ok and to compliment our children😊 Then there is the pool, several terraces so you can have sun and not. And then there is the view, it is quiet, it is beautiful with beautiful trees and bushes. Our neighbour was a lemon tree🍋. Two restaurants nearby. So this place is highly recommended. But Maria makes it magic💕

The size of the property pool and cleanliness

The garden and the pool were vey nice and very well kept. There are plenty of outdoors tables and chair to spend time on the terraces and at the pool. The villas were very clean. The entire place is very quiet. It is closed to Patititi port, has lots of tavernas within short distance and nice beaches close by (car is recommended though)
