Amazing host Theoni gave us such an excellent service, and is always willing to help.. This was by far one of the best services I have ever had a hotel. She makes sure you lack nothing. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. Amazing staff and amazing stay 10/10

it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, Theoni greeted us with genuine warmth and hospitality. Theoni was always attentive and eager to help with anything we needed, making us feel truly at home. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and The location was perfect: peaceful, yet close enough to all the restaurants, shops, and attractions we wanted to explore. It’s new and beautiful! It gives the Oia vibes even though it’s 30 minutes away. Theoni was our host and she is the sweetest, she looked after us, helped us arrange transport, gave us list of nice restaurants. She was the absolute best!

“An incredible stay”
The truth is that the friendliness of the staff was excellent both during the trip preparation, where they helped me with things like finding restaurants, and for other activities. The breakfast was very good and complete, with the possibility of making a separate one for a person with celiac disease. It has a small pool that is perfect for children when you return from sightseeing

The host Theoni was super friendly and super helpful. The apartment was awesome and unique. Lovely big comfortable beds, large bathroom and our own plunge pool. The kitchen and dining were roomy and even though we could have made our own they supplied a delightful breakfast each morning. Highly recommended.

“Highly recommended place to stay when visiting Santorini -Supernice host!”
Drop Caves is a dream. We had a fantastic time. The host, Theoni, was wonderful: she met us and made sure we were comfortable at our arrival in Santorini. She was really helpful. Cindy, our housekeeper, was very nice and professional. The facilities are clean and very nice, and the breakfast is very complete. It’s a perfect spot for relaxation in a Greek-style villa.

“Beautiful accommodation with private pool away from the hustle and bustle of Fira”
The host was incredible and very accommodating. She was always available via WhatsApp and helped sort out everything we needed such as transfers. The pool was very nice, nice and warm but still refreshing. Everything was very comfortable! It is in a very quiet area, new places being built around it so it’s in a very quiet area of the island. The breakfast is brought to you in the morning at a time that suits you and includes eggs (we had a different type each day!), bacon, fruit, yogurt, breads, coffee and orange juice and was delicious! Our phone service wasn’t the best in the area so the wifi was very handy and was very reliable. The property is nice and cool in the middle of summer. There were three TVs! One in living room and one in each of the bedrooms. The bathroom was huge and the shower was amazing. It was so big and great water pressure. The host happily organises transfers for a good price to the airport or port and from there as well. She is awesome and made the stay so wonderful!

“Big room with private pool and daily continental breakfast”
the host is very helpful and friendly. We have arrived very early at 8am and we are not supposed to check-in until 2 or 3pm so we have to wait at the cafe own by the host. We ordered breakfast while waiting for our room to be ready as check-out time is at 11am. our room was ready by 12.30pm. the host arranged taxi for us from/to the airport and to tourist areas. daily breakfast is included the room rate it's a bonus for us. you get daily clean for your room as well as clean towels. the pool is a bonus to us. the cafe has a little mini market so you can get your basic essentials there.
