Everything was perfect! The room was very warm, which was especially appreciated on a cold winter day. The environment was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. The only suggestion I have is that there was no on-site restaurant for lunch and dinner. It would be great if they considered opening one in the future. The cherry on top was Anila, who works there. With her warm smile and kindness, she truly made us feel at home. Thank you very much, Anila!

“Amazing”
It was beautiful presented, the fire and hot tub were amazing, there is nothing I would change at all it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again, the bed was so comfortable and the area it was in was so peaceful. We had an amazing stay, we were blown away with how beautiful the room was. The breakfast was also amazing and the staff were so welcoming and pleasant and would do anything for you, the breakfast was so tasty and extremely well presented. Perfect 10 out of 10 xx

This boutique hotel in Voskopoje was a delight! The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The highlight was the amazing traditional breakfast—fresh, homemade, and full of authentic flavors. If you’re looking for great hospitality and a charming stay, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

it was great! There is nothing to complain about, perfect location, beautiful furnishings, very cozy with lights and decorations, there is everything you need. The breakfast is excellent! I have never seen anything like it, we had a whole buffet on the table, everything freshly prepared and homemade. Everything tasted great and I just kept eating when I was full because it was so delicious! The hostess is very friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much for everything, we will definitely come back!

“Charming boutique hotel.”
Vila Helen is a beautiful new boutique hotel in the lovely village of Voskopoje. The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated and has a lot of charm. The attached bar is also beautifully designed and decorated and lovely to sit and have a drink at. The breakfast included with the room was spectacular. We have done a lot of travelling in Albania and this was the best breakfast we have had! A huge variety of traditional dishes and pillowy soft petulla. We loved our stay at Vila Helen and were lucky to have fresh snow to play in.

Had an amazing stay at Vila Helen. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they made us feel at home. The level of cleanliness exceeded all expectations, everything was impeccably clean. The breakfast was just perfect, a mix of delicious Albanian dishes and continental options, freshly prepared. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with the fantastic quality-price ratio. Would definitely recommend Vila Helen for a memorable stay!

“Amazing Hotel , worth every penny and more”
Everything. Hotel looked fantastic in and out. Rooms were amazing , comfy , spotless clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of varieties. Staff were very helpful with a warm welcome and great smile. We were a family of 4 with two young boys , age 4 & 9. They loved it. Asking to go back already and we’ve just left.
