“Wonderful, relaxing stay”

Sea view, private pool, washing machine and all mod cons (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc), manager on site, restaurants, shops and bars all within walking distance, air con… We also had a cat (called Tiffany, apparently) who waited on the balcony to say hello each morning, but we were advised not to feed her or let her in to the apartment! She loves a stroke and a short conversation before she goes off about her business! (There are lots of cats in Cyprus but the owners of the local cats around the property ensure they are all neutered and flea treated regularly…)

“Weeks holiday”

A collection of lovely apartments ran by a local family. The apartment was clean and had a great little kitchenette. The beds were really comfortable. There was a lovely little outdoor seating area to enjoy breakfasts. The pool was tidy and there was plenty of beds to lie on. And if you like cats your in for a treat.

Lovely location, easy access, car hire can be arranged as well as transfers. Brilliant Pool!! Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen for self catering.

The accommodation is free of clutter but still homely and welcoming and clean! It was really helpful that beach towels were also provided. Comfortable beds! Swimming pool is clean and well maintained. Easy car parking. Lovely outdoor eating area with a sun awning. Helen who manages the property and lives on site is helpful and has lots of local knowledge. We would stay here again and recommend it to families.

Beautiful 2 bedroom ground floor apartment, with a lovely terrace leading to garden and pool. Everything you would need is provided. Helen was very helpful and booked a hire car and then a taxi to airport.

Great spot! right across the beach and the Le Bay hotel, which has been renovated and a nice spot to sit and have a drink or coffee. there's also a nice walk way along the beach that takes you to restaurants and cafes. Helen, the host is so great! she knows her work and is always willing to help her guests. my wife and i loved our unit as it was super clean and quiet. I highly recommend Kypkeys and Helen.

Lovely little apartment. Garden is very nice and lovely to sit out in with a cup of tea in the mornings. Quiet area and close to some shops, restaurants etc. Lovesea and Mur Blue both nice places on the sea front. We have stayed twice, once in March and once in December, both good stays. Friendly and accommodating host. We felt a very good apartment for the price.

It was exactly as described, with a fully equipped kitchen and apartment in very close proximity to the beach. Our hosts Helen and Steve took great care of us, arranging for food to be delivered, as we arrived when shops were closed over Christmas, a Hire Car delivered and even booking a local restaurant so we could celebrate New Year in style. Impeccable service

Everything met our expectations. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious for 2 of us. The pool area is well maintained and clean - bonus for heated pool especially in the winter season. Helen was super helpful - great welcome and communication style throughout our time!

The apartment was great - clean and comfy. Me and my family stayed there for one week and we had everything we needed. Also the pool was perfect and the beach was very close. Only ten minute drive to Larnaca. The owner Helen is great and very helpful!

The accommodation was great and suited the four of us perfectly. One of us used the sofa couch in the lounge and it was very comfortable. The pool was fabulous and was just the right temperature. The bus stop to Larnaca is close by and so is the seafront boardwalk.

The apartment was big enough for 4 people. The pool was amazing! And it is very well equipped
