What an amazing stay, the host is absolutely exceptional. We arrived to a fully stocked kitchen of drinks, food and equipment. The house was absolutely spotless and stunning. The outdoor kitchen is phenomenal. An abundance of towels, kitchen utensils, bbq equipment and garden seating to suit such a large group of us. The host could not have been more lovely, she brought us extra towels when we needed them, was informative on our location, answered questions at any time and even got us a takeaway! As we had a long stay here we also requested for some cleaners to come in, even though we offered to pay the host covered these costs (we did of course leave a tip instead) We could not have been happier with our stay and cannot wait to return. Thank you so much.

She provided us with snacks and food on arrival, gave us great recommendations about the area, and made sure we had everything we needed. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, and even supported us with a special family gathering we wanted to have during our stay. It meant a lot to us and made the trip unforgettable, Overall, a perfect stay with excellent hospitality.

Clean, spacious excellent facilities. Pool cleaned regularly. Host kept in touch with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality and consideration for our family needs went above and beyond anything we had previously experienced.

“Perfect family getaway”

We had an excellent 7-night stay at this property. The house is spacious, very well maintained, fully equipped, and the rooms are large and comfortable. The outdoor areas are also beautiful and well cared for, and the property is well enclosed, which made us feel truly private and alone as a family. The pool was perfect, and we also had the lovely surprise of finding the fridge already stocked with fresh drinks upon our arrival, such a thoughtful touch! Our host, Arzy, was extremely kind, helpful, and made our experience truly enjoyable. She even helped us on the day of our departure, as our flight was later and we had to leave the house at 11 a.m., which we really appreciated. Thank you so much, Arzy, for your attention and kindness. We would highly recommend this place!

“Best hosts ever!”

Wow, amazing house and hosts! The house is very large, equipped with everything you need, TV and AC in each bedroom. Swimming pool and jacuzzi included! The hosts welcomed us with drinks and snacks. My mother had a birthday and the hosts provided a wonderful surprise - decorations and a super delicious cake. The hosts took care of us during our stay- took us to the store, asked us how we were doing every day ect. The most hospitable hosts I have ever met. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, buses run from the beach to the center of Larnaca every 20 minutes.

This house is just amazing. Super spacious and top location where you have your room to relax and enjoy life. Near enough to Larnaca city and far away enough for your comfort. The outdoor area is one of the highlights with the pool, hot tub and table tennis. Toys for children were provided and sun beds for everyone of us. A table outside was nice to have lunch in the sun. Inside you feel like you are in a real villa with enough room for the whole family of 5. There is always light in the house as large windows with blinds are to three sides of the house. The host was amazing and extremely (!!) supportive in any questions we had. She provided help by Whatsapp for questions about the city and locations or offered help when we needed something special. I can only recommend this house.

The property is amazing, it’s beautifully decorated with a luxurious yet authentic feel. it’s light and airy with air conditioning in every room. There is a TV in every room with Netflix etc and wifi throughout. The owners are so friendly and hospitable; when I arrived they had literally thought of everything, coffee/tea, snacks, toothpaste/brushes, water even beer and wine was all provided! They even got us a takeaway. we will definitely stay again.
