“cozy, clean and equipped”
very nice place, clean and cosy, especially loved the private terrace :) easy check-in and check-out. available parking 2 steps from the door, you have slots even if come after 10pm. elevator inside the house, so no need to take any steps with your luggage. host is very helpful, sent us all details in advance how to find and get in. kitchen is really well equipped, all equipment works, the only minor minus is lack of wine glasses but ofc it's not a problem, you can compensate with regular ones, there're a lot of them along with 3 types of cups :) apt itself is 2-floors, and there're stairs inside that for seniors potentially can be hard to take (but no extreme).

Nice, calm neighborhood, easy to drive to the city center. The place is very comfortable and spacious. We had some sweet welcoming gifts, which was very nice. Everything was perfect.

“What a great house!”
Excellent choice of accommodation for a family holiday, near Venice. Very easy and effective communication with the owner who was always very helpful. Extremely clean apartment very comfortable and with all the amenities for a family with children, including toys for our oldest son. We traveled with our 3 month old baby and all necessary amenities (Diaper changing table, bottle warmer, bathtub, crib and other products) were kindly provided. The two bedrooms are quite large and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Family-friendly residential area, calm and with easy road access. Outdoor parking available free of charge.
