Located in the old town, which means you have the best taverns at your feet! The apartment is amazing, reflecting the owner's personal style. It feels special with all the old objects combined with the modern style. I loved the glass roof and the natural light. It has plenty of space, so it feels like home. The owner is very friendly and had the fridge filled with lots of goodies!

The house was dreamy in an excellent location. Walking distance from everywhere and parking space available always around tgr block. The host was super friendly and allowed us early check-in due to availability. If you want to combine leasure and work from home the place was ideal!

A well-equipped, spacious and unique apartment in Volos close to the port and promenade. Approximately 10 minutes from the shopping center on foot. It is an awesome place to stay in Volos for a few days (or longer). Exceptional hospitality and care of the Host: the Sinanis Family. Really GREAT PEOPLE who care about customer satisfaction. I sincerely recommend the apartment. A well-deserved "excellent" rating.

The host ist very friendly and nice. He showed us the apartment, was open and available for every question. Also provided us with complementary drinks, wine, water, snacks and stocked the fridge for breakfast. The apartment ist well located and very spacious.

The host Simanis family were wonderful. The apartment was full of snacks, food, drinks - everything we needed to settle in. Other reviews mention nearby bars, but in early October at the beginning of the week they were all closed or not busy - by 10pm everything was quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful, very large property. Very well maintained and decorated. Host was responsive and met us at the door to give keys and a tour of the place. Even provided some fresh fruit and basic groceries for us. Great overall experience

“I like the place!”

Lovely place with lots of vintage elements. Amazingly hospitable host. In just two days, he showered us with Greek specialties... fruits, snacks, homemade sweets, honey, local alcohol and wine, lots of fruits, vegetables, homemade olive oil and much more... And with a wonderful attitude towards our pet! I highly recommend the place especially to people who would be happy to have nearby bars open after midnight. It is very close to the beginning of the promenade and there are wonderful tavernas under your nose. I will be back again!

The hosts were just amazing. So kind people. They have waited for us till a late hour. They filled the fridge and the apartment with many food items, some made by them. That was very nice. The apartment is really beautiful and large. The location is great for young people who wish to experience the night life of Volos, but others might find it a bit noisy as the music goes until quite late.
