The host was amazing. The premises were clean and spacious.

The owner was available in the few times we asked his assistance but for matters other than the property. He was super helpful.

The location is superb, especially at night on the large terrace where you can see the sea and if you're lucky the full moon reflected in the sea. The apartment has all the necessary utilities to make you feel like HOME.We liked it very much and next year we decided to return to this location. Thank you Bill for everything. Bravo.

the apartment is beautiful, neat, spacious, with a great view of the sea. Bill, the owner of the apartment, is a kind and well-mannered guy. The beach is close, parking is right in front of the apartment and if you want to shorten the trip like we did, this is an excellent choice.

Apartment is very clean and fully equipped with absolutely everything you may need. Terrace/Balcony is an amazing place to enjoy your mornings and evenings with a view in a serene environment. Bill (the owner) is very helpful, and quickly takes care all of the needs the guests may have.

The apartment is fantastic in one word. It has sea view, huge balcony, kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms. It is really luxurious apartment with excellent equipment. The building is situated on hills and has a absolutely beautiful, blooming terrace garden. Bill, the owner, is a great person. Welcoming, friendly and very pleasant. Thanks to him we spent two unforgettable days. We do like the place, the sea, surroundings. The accommodations exceeded our expectations in times.

A very nice, quiet apartment with all facilities a family would need for a comfortable vacation. Τhe great corner couch and big TV with access to YouTube and Netflix was appreciated by the children. Kitchen was fully equipped. Water, juice, coffee, snacks all available. Bill and his mum were very polite and we had warm welcome and farewell. You really feel that you are staying home. Waking up for the view of the sea is everything. The kittens in the garden were favourite of my kids.. Only one issue to mention friendly as i am sure Bill aims for rating 10: Although it is a non smoking flat and in the rules I read that smoking is not permitted, someone has clearly smoked in the apartment. We smelled it at the entrance/living room only, not in bedrooms! So that is why I didn't mentioned this on site, we were so pleased with everything else, was no need...If they just put a aromatiser to the entrance I am confident it will solve this issue for good in no time. 🙂 Looking forward staying there in the future..

The house is pretty new, and fully equipped. The host provides everything one needs to be comfortable.

First of all it's about Bill. A very friendly, helpful and nice person. He took care of us, even carrying our heavily luggage. I was in a bad back condition so Bill just fix the situation. The apartment, the view from the terrace, the quietness in the night. A place to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable and with everything you would need. The views are absolutely spectacular and Bill was a warm and welcoming host, on the end of the line if we had any questions. Snacks and drinks left in the kitchen were a very welcome surprise! We would love to stay again. The area itself is very quiet, but in walking distance of a great beach bar for chilling in the day and a gorgeous little village with amenities a bit further along the coast.

Super clean and comfortable! The host were friendly and the house very welcoming and nice. It is just 10 minutes from Volos center and 5 min from an organised beach. Excellent!!!

A very nice and clean apartment with modern furniture with all facilities a family would need for a comfortable vacation. There was even a big TV in the living room with access to YouTube and Netflix which our sons appreciated:) The hosts were very friendly and they even surprised us with fresh garden vegetables and a watermelon! About 2 km away there is a cozy beach with good sand and shallow water that was perfect for the kids to play in the water.
