the balcony was not clean, it should have been cleaned before our stay and it was not cleaned even during our stay.

“Delightful!”
The property was absolutely gorgeous. It had all of the old world charm typical of Greek houses but with modern day amenities. And the view from the balcony of the Jason room was simply one of the best I’ve ever had! This is the only place I would stay at again in Volos!

First of all, cleanliness. Everything was very very clean, and the apartment was in top shape. It has a good location if you are with a car, and a fantastic view of the city. The owner Julia is very friendly and took care of our every needs. The amenities are also in top shape.

The property is in a fantastic location with beautiful views out towards Volos, and the rooms are finished to a high standard and very well equipped. Our host was very friendly and helpful on the phone when we needed a little extra guidance to locate the property. All in we liked everything.

We stayed for just one night. A huge advantage of the property is the stunning view of Volos. Well-equipped terrace allowes you to enjoy the view. Additionally, the apartment was clean, adequately equipped with appliances, including the kitchenware. Air conditioning was available in every room.

“Feeling a landlord as if this your own residence in a very beatiful part of Greece.”
‘Sorry’ to give all a 10 but actually it was. A very luxury appt with extreme view over Volos. Nice and prompt English communication. We’ve chooses this place because of the surroundings all easy accessible without the Volos traffic. Volos is a very touristic and busy place where we just been once at Harbour front. Although it was May it is very nice and touristic and hectic. We’ve found a very nice Greek authentic restaurant to meet the Greek way of noisy live. The rest of our 5 days stay we spent discovering the nature and other lovely places like Afissos, the beautiful Pileon balcony village Makrinitsa and a lot more highlights of our holiday.
