Stunning location overlooking the harbour and the beautiful Church. Close to everything you need and well equipped. Very large, luxurious space and pictures are accurate. Hosts were very helpful and friendly and provided us with anything we needed. Parking behind the property was really useful.

Nestled in the heart of beautiful Volos, a few steps from see, close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. The city and its surroundings are breathtaking—charming streets, vibrant life, delicious food, stunning nature, and that wonderful Greek ambience you just can't get enough of. Whether you want to explore Pelion's villages, dive into the sea, or enjoy a slow coffee with a view, it's all right there. The apartment itself was beyond expectations. It’s spacious, beautifully kept, and fully equipped with every possible amenity you could imagine—more like a home than a rental. The huge terrace was our favorite spot—we had coffee there in the morning, wine under the stars at night, with views and comfort that made it hard to ever leave. And the fridge! It was stocked with chilled water, fresh fruit, and so many thoughtful extras—we felt like VIP guests. It’s the kind of hospitality that warms your heart. You don’t often experience this level of care. The owner was incredibly kind, generous, and helpful. We even got to check out later than usual, without a single extra charge—a gesture that truly made our last day stress-free and full of joy. For everything this place offers, the price is unbelievable. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and hospitality at such great value. This wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience we’ll never forget. If you're going to Volos, stop searching. Book this apartment. You’ll fall in love—just like we did.

Everything was amazing. Very stylish and elegant apartment with a breathtaking view to the see and the church. Liana is incredible .Her gives and hospitality are the best..We stay just 2 days but we want to stay forever. Everything is like pictures and even more.The apartment has its own park place and it was very convenient. The terraces are great -you can stay there all night to watch lights and see.The owner left us fridge full off surprises and so many other things for welcome.Thank you so much and hope come back soon.

As per name of business the property is a Luxury Sea front one, looking panoramicaly the whole bay of Volos city. The rooms are spacious with big wardrobes and each room has its own air-conditioning. The living room and kitchen are in open plan almost with a bar seperating them. One full bathroom and one small toilet with a good washing machine. Property was clean and with more than enough amenities. Sound proofing is great and sleeping was relaxed. Comfortable soft to medium beds and pillows. Highly recommended! Property owner kind and understanding 😀

Amazing location, right in front of the sea front. Views of the church and the Volos port were breathtaking. Lots of action happening in front but double-glazed windows mean the sound is very well insulated. Property is big with 2 decent sized bedrooms and a large living room with open plan kitchen. The balcony / veranda is perfect for enjoying a meal or coffee outside and watching people go past. Everything in the property was great

Everything was perfect. Location is the best in the city, the view is really luxurious, the flat spacious… well equipped….two bathrooms…perfect parking space which was so important for us.. Julia and Harris were perfect hosts. Probably the best accommodation we ever had. Grade A+
