Two-bedroom house — clean, charming, and equipped with everything you need. The self check-in/check-out process was easy and clearly explained by the host. Highly recommended!

“Wonderful stay”

This is a really nicely fitted apartment. Two bedrooms and good quality finishings. The location is a little outside the town centre itself, which makes it very quiet. The fruit and snacks provided a good healthy breakfast. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning works.

The location in great. It is a very quiet place and safe. We forgot a smartphone in front of the house, on the street on a small brick wall and after three hours when we returned from dinner we found it on the same place. The house is clean and it has a very nice arrangement in the backyard. The owner was very nice and helped us with very useful informations, tips and tricks regarding Volos and Skiathos.

Great house, easy to access, host is super to deal with. Will stay again.

This place is amazing! It has everything that you might need for a short or long stay. The owner passed by at the evening to check on us to make sure everything was good. The beds are comfy. The area is quite and you can park just outside of the house.

Very kind host! We got VIP treatment despite the fact that we stayed for 1 day only (Volos was our transit location this time). It is a clear indicator of the host's long-term vision and uncompromised hospitality rather than profit-chasing attitude. We would also recommend this apartment for longer stays - it is clean, comfy, stylishly designed, fully equipped and offers very good value for the money. We definitely would and will come again.

Everything was great! The large and very comfortable apartment is very clean, with quality equipment, it has everything you need. Sotiros, our host, also left us products for breakfast: tea, coffee, cereals, jam, butter, bread, lots of fruit. We loved the back terrace, unfortunately we only stayed one night. We hope to come back for more days, Volos and its surroundings are very attractive for a holiday. Thanks for everything, Sotiros!
