“Such an amazing place!”
We arrived and were offered an upgrade to a room with a sea view. The view was stunning and the location was perfect, as we had a ferry to catch the next day. Walking along the dock was beautiful and we enjoyed a lovely dinner by the sea before heading back. The room was big, clean and perfect for what we needed.

“Noisy and uncomfortable.”
Unaware a school group was booked into the hotel. Excited young people ran around Level 3, banging on doors, shouting, screaming out until 2am. Never heard an adult or a teacher ask them to be quiet for other guests, it was like they had full run of the hotel. For a disabled unit the bed was extremely low and hard and the toilet was positioned very badly.
