We visited the property during winter, the good thing was that it was super warm and cosy! I totally recommend it for winter break. Also, the beds were comfortable. The location is really convenient as well, it is just 15 minutes away from the city centre by car.

I rated it 9 but I think 8.50 would have been closer to the truth. The hotel is well-kept and it's about 120 m from the beach and only has a side view of the sea from some rooms on the top floor (3). We had this pleasure. There are a few parking spaces on the property for about 6 cars if drivers are not thick-skinned. You can also park on the street and about 20 m away there is a large parking area. There are a few tables in the shade under a terrace in front of the hotel near the sidewalk. The property has an elevator, the rooms are spacious (even very high), shared A/C (with ducts) but with individual adjustment really OK. The bathroom is spacious, modern and clean with a large window for ventilation, not with a fan. The wooden furniture is old but usable and does not bother the eye and the others are quite modern. The TV is LED with a satisfactory diagonal and you have the possibility of applications such as Netflix, Prime Video, etc. The balcony furniture is not wow but functional, it's ok. Functional WiFi, I can say OK. Sufficient and usefully placed sockets (european sockets not US). Permanent hot water with pressure. The mini fridge was OK, it cooled well and was clean. They clean and change towels.... The breakfast is satisfactory. **** Extra There are small shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The city of Volos is 5.5 km away and there is a bus stop at the end of the street. The Pelion Peninsula is something worth visiting. City of Larisa is 55 km away. The beach is well-maintained, clean with sand. The entrance to the water is gentle (at least at the southern end) and the bottom is sandy and rocky - swimming shoes would be useful.

“Great value and friendly service”
Parking, close to beach and bars/restaurants, 10 minutes from Volos. Staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a wide range of choices to suit everyone.

The staff were nice and friendly. We spent two nights and it was quiet and pleasant. We asked for a double bed and they accommodated our request.

A wonderful hotel, we are very satisfied with the overall service and stay. The room was spacious, well equipped, with a wonderful large terrace that had a side view of the sea. Two elevators for higher floors. WiFi signal excellent. Daily cleaning, praise for maintaining hygiene at the highest level. Breakfast is continental, but varied, for everyone's taste. From pastries to fruit. Own free parking. Although it is a less populated place, as a suburb of Volos, there are several markets nearby as well as several fast food restaurants or local cooked dishes. The beach is long, the sea is clean and warm. You can use the existing umbrellas and sunbeds for free, or set up your own. There are no crowds, mostly locals. The hotel staff was more than friendly and always at your service. Volos is very close, and if you don't have a car, the local bus stops almost right next to the hotel. All recommendations!
