The location is very central. There is parking for 2 cars at the entrance. The room is clean. There is also a large refrigerator and a washing machine.

Great location in residential Volos but still within walking distance to all that Volos has to offer. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Very polite and helpful hostess, great hospitality with a bottle of wine and a fresh panettone, espresso machine, coffee and tea, cold water in the fridge. Great location in the city center close to the market and the sea.

The location is very good, being literally 10 minutes away from center and sea. The parking facilities offered were really good, either on location (2 spots) or 100 meters away in a secured location for just 5eur/day. Staff was kind and helpful.

A kind and warm welcome from Alexandra. Polite and responsive attitude. Room furnished with taste and style. With everything you need for a longer stay. Clean and cozy. Covered parking space with three-phase and single-phase socket for charging electric cars.

Excellent costumer service, cleanliness, comfort. We liked the matresses, the warm welcome, the location, and the daily change of towels and bin bags.

“Short stay in Volos”

We had a perfect short stay in Volos on the way to Skiathos. Alexandra was an amazing host, many thanks for all the hints! The apartment was brand new (I'd say), very well equipped with all the things you need for comfortable vacation, with spacy balconies on each of the floors. Definitely worth coming back!

Super clean, modern and elegant room with small and efficient kitchen, super comfy bed and pillows which are Coco-mat brand one of the best. Our room had also a small outside space / garden since it was located at the ground floor which was super cool! The building was purpose build and it’s brand new. Stuff very friendly and polite, we requested an earlier check in and they prepared the room very fast in order to accommodate us because we had our toddler with us. There are only two parking spaces on the premises but the hotel has permanent booking of some parking spaces for its guests at an awesome nearby parking lot with only 5€ for 24 hrs , parking spaces are covered and the parking doors open with code for security reasons. It’s a stone’s throw away from the hotel, basically it’s even closer by foot than with the car, it’s that close!
