We had a wonderful time in Volos, staying in the most comfortable apartment—Charissa, right in the heart of the town! It looks exactly like in the pictures and has everything you could possibly need. The apartment was also spotlessly clean, with nothing to complain about. The biggest advantage, however, is the location: right on the square of Agios Nikolaos Church, in a pedestrian area full of shops and restaurants. We truly hope to come back again one day!

We stayed for three nights at the end of June 2025. The apartment must have been recently renovated. Everything seemed new and in perfect condition. Both bedrooms and the living room have new air conditioning. The bathroom has a washing machine, which we used several times. We hung the clothes on the balcony. The location is in the heart of Volos. The apartment faces a large open square with a church. The apartment is a five-minute walk from the harbor. We arrived by ferry from Skiathos and walked with our luggage to the apartment. All the streets around the apartment are filled with cafés, tavernas/tsipouradika, fast food restaurants, and stores of all sorts. We slept well every night and afternoon. The only outside noise we ever heard was the church bells, but they did not disturb us.

Fantastic location! It’s in the heart of the city close to everything on foot and super easy to take nice strolls along the shopping street or the promenade. The apartment is fully equipped which we appreciated traveling with a little baby. It is fully renovated, fresh and comfortable. PSA: It’s good to know that there are stairs in the building entrance right before the elevator in case your traveling with a stroller.

It was beautifully appointed, possibly the nicest apartment we’ve ever stayed in. The extra touches, such as access to Netflix in a lovely sitting area made the experience feel very luxurious.

What is not to like about this property? It is just stunning. The host has thought of every little detail to make your stay comfortable. You can tell a lot of love has been put into this property! We felt just like home (if not more at home there!). The host himself, as well as the lady who showed us around the property and gave us the keys, are both delightful. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for anything better than this! Thank you for everything!!!

WE LOVED THE LOCATION. Best of all were all the children playing in the square, happy and peaceful. Plus the sound of church bells in the morning. Cafe with excellent coffee just below the apartment! No noisy cars or motor bikes!!! The sound proofing of the windows cut out any extra noises.

The whole apartment was spotlessly clean. The décor was outstanding, and classy. Great location in the middle of Volos. Bottled water in the fridge, complimentary sweets too. Everything we could have wanted/needed was in this outstandingly equipped apartment, even down to a sewing kit, and emergency shaving kit. A huge help that it had Netflix too!! If you're visiting Volos it's a great place to explore from.

We had a great stay at this cozy apartment! Hosts are friendly and helpful. Location is impeccable, right in the middle of the main square. Access to restaurants and supermarket within couple of steps. Amazing balcony with the view and lovely sitting arrangement for morning coffee. Bright, neat and tidy apartment for couples and families with everything you need for a great vacation. We would definitely be back, 100% recommend.

This apartment is very comfortable, with all the facilities you might need. Even PS4!! Spacious, clean with a long balcony. Located at the St Nicolas square right at the city centre which makes it super easy to go out without the need for a car.
