Clean, quiet, easily accessible, safe, courteous staff. Food and groceries are a call away and delivered at a really minimal cost (less than one dollar).

The apartments is Spacious, really comfortable, clean , modern and safe. Ideal for a couple and families The view of VOI town from the house’s balcony (really nice balcony) is breathtaking . The staffs are really kind and helpful. They provided to us info on where to eat or order, supermarkets,markets, how to move around, safaris you name it, they were professional . We got our money’s worth , keep up👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Hillsview Apartments exceeded all my expectations. Marwa was the perfect host, guiding me through the entire process with ease. She shared great contacts for a safari that turned out to be an incredible experience, and also connected me with reliable local taxi services that picked us up from the SGR station without any hassle. The apartment itself was spotless, with a fully functional kitchen, strong water pressure in the shower, and stable internet throughout our stay. The mountain views and cool breeze were a welcome break from the heat, making the stay even more relaxing. I highly recommend Hillsview Apartments. Marwa’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality set her far above the rest.

Large comfortable villa perfect for families! Beautiful and serene compound with private pool. Only a few minutes away from Malindi Marine Park. Susan (house help) was incredible and eager to help.

I cannot recommend this accommodation enough. Honestly it was so clean and comfortable. I had excellent communication with the host throughout. They only accept cash payment which we agreed on the currency over WhatsApp. The place was very easy to find on Google maps. Parking is secure and abundant. There is a lift to take your luggage. The apartment is situated on the 5th floor and has the most amazing view and breeze. The place is well ventilated and has fans in every room which are powerful. There were no bugs at all, the accomodation is well lit and everything is clean and well maintained. The shower pressure is fantastic and there was hot water throughout. There was an en suite in the master bedroom and a family bathroom outside for the other 2 bedrooms. Both rooms have double beds and families fit here comfortably. We chose to buy dinner in Mash Poa and Java coffee a few days but we also cooked basics for breakfast and lunch for the kids. It is a gas stove and there are utensils to make pasta, fry eggs, boil rice etc. We visited Voi Wildlife Lodge to have some sundowners and watch the animals. We visited Tsavo East and Tsavo West. We saw more animals in Tsavo West. This location was a perfect jumping off spot to visit both places. My husband and son came with our driver by road whereas my parents and I took the train. The train was extremely comfortable and the 4 hour journey flew by. I highly highly recommend this accommodation. It is comfortable, functional and well priced. The guys at the gate remove the rubbish and are available to help out if needed. We bought groceries from Nairobi but there are 3 supermarkets in town and you get the basics there..

The views all around are beautiful. The apartment building is pretty new and comfortable to African standards in a fairly rural place. Quiet at night. Near Tsavo east national park gate. Pro active and friendly owner.
