The owner and his family were super nice. The breakfast was just delicious with different options. I'd like to return to this place!

We spend 3 days, it was super! The breakfeast was excellent, in the terass, view to the seaside! The owner was helpfully, friendy, and we gave a garage facility for our car!

The room was clean and cosy, modern looking and same as the pictures !! The bed was comfy and they had AC...the staff was very polite and attentive to our needs , they even make restaurant recommendations that proved excellent..the location is really good right at the start of lingo mare !

Our stay at this place was super pleasant. Near the sea and main touristic spots, many restaurants and shops around. The hosts were so warm and friendly - last evening they even shared with us their homemade traditional pies that were so delicious! Such accommodating place for a good price.

We had an amazing stay at Ulcas guest house. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless the bed, towels, and all facilities were very clean and well maintained. We especially loved the beautiful sea view from our room, which made our stay even more special. Breakfast was excellent every day, with fresh and delicious options that we truly enjoyed each morning. You can really feel the care and attention they put into this place. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality!

“Delicious breakfast in beautiful guesthouse”

This family-run guesthouse is the place to go in Sarande. The nonsmoking rooms are huge amd clean. There are nice balconies to relax. The house is nicely decorated with flowers and pictures, giving it a personal touch. The delicious breakfast was probably the best breakfast we had in 3 weeks if Albania, and it is worth coming here for the breakfast alone. This guesthouse is located at the beach of Sarande (2 minutes walk). As it is in the second row, you only hear tbe street noise slightly (it is the mist quiet you can get in Sarande because there is a heavy-traffic road directly along the beach). The guesthouse has its own parking which is also really important because parking is a nightmare in Sarande. You will need What’s App to communicate with the guesthouse - they will send you instructions, and you can also call if you have questions (response-time is super-fast).

Fantastic, family-run guesthouse in Vlora. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, helped us park the car and were super welcoming. Location is excellent if you want to explore Vlora on foot. I was surprised by the very high quality of the rooms : large and airy, excellent bed and shower, strong AC, it was much more comfortable than many of the other hotels we stayed with in Albania. Breakfast on the rooftop is very special - and one of the best hotel breakfasts we had during our trip (plenty of fresh fruits, fresh yogurt, zucchini, eggs, etc). A very nice place to stay in Vlora (also, surprisingly quiet in the evening despite all the nightlife nearby).

Host was super welcoming, we had a parking space reserved for us, host gave instructions of arrival in advance, when we arrived he showed us our room, even served with some local raki and recommended one of the best seafood restaurants nearby. Room was great, clean and with all the facilities needed. Breakfast was another amazing thing - big portions, delicious warm food, desserts, fresh fruit, nice view from the terrace. He even got us packages to takeaway our leftovers. Best hospitality you could expect!
