We had such a wonderful stay here. Super cosy, clean and amazing views. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. I was expecting much less for the price we paid but it definitely exceeded our expectations

The staff were excellent and went above the beyond expectations. The hotel itself has a lovely outdoor and indoor pool, sauna, gym, restaurant, and plenty of parking. I can't speak highly enough of this place, so glad we booked it. Worth every penny. We will be back very soon!

The location has spectacular scenery. The room was clean, well-kept and the beds were extremely comfortable. The gym and indoor pool facilities were modern and well maintained. The food in the restaurant in the evening was freshly cooked, delicious and reasonably priced.

“I’d totally recommend it!”

My family and I were really impressed with the hotel. It looks just like the photos – super clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were really friendly. The sauna, indoor pool, and gym were a big plus.

The receptionist demonstrated some of the best customer service I've had in Albania. The views from the hotel were stunning over Okrium and the pool was stunning and huge.

Very aesthetically pleasing pool area and hotel. Rooms are quite clean. We had such a wonderful view to the pool from our room. The stuff is very nice and welcoming too. The girl helped us several times with some of the questions we had.

Beautiful hotel with a stunning pool and mountain views. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable, and the gym has almost everything you need.

Amazing views , clean, stunning design of the hotel , staff extremely helpful. Family friendly hotel.

The outside is amazing but We were on the second floor and could hear the doors slamming and all the noise from the ground floor. On top of that, other guests passing through the corridor and staircase made it even worse. The soundproofing is really bad, almost non-existent. The air conditioning is also very noisy. The restaurant food wasn’t good at all—overcooked, pasta not tasty. Honestly, only the outdoor area is worth it; for the rest, it’s better to eat at a restaurant outside, like we did

Excellent pool and surrounding area, plenty of space and sun beds. Good breakfast (although a bit cold, even when first open). Beautiful surroundings, sunsets were incredible. Peaceful stay for the most part. Balcony facing the pool was great.
