“Super friendly staff, great views!”

A great property overlooking the bay. The staff are so warm and friendly and will do anything for you. There are a couple of incredible tavernas walking distance on the bay. You need a car to get to the beach and nearest shops, but good location to explore the island.

Stunning view, close to Desimi Beach. The manager and staff are always smiling and eager to help — they even gave us a lift to the beach so we wouldn’t have to deal with parking, lent us a SUP board, and shared plenty of great tips for exploring the area. Every evening there’s karaoke and lots of laughs at the bar for anyone who wants to join in. The pool has fun inflatables for the kids. In short, our stay was absolutely perfect.

“Just what I needed”

Tsachi and Nikos were amazing and would do anything to make you comfortable and enjoy your stay. Good coffee in the morning by the pool. Tsachi even took us and some of the other residents out on a boat trip with the SUP’s. The location couldn’t be better, the view at sunset is just breathtaking, with the amazing Elena and Hippocampus taverna down the road an easy walk away, with a stunning view across the bay.

To stay at Chakalaka Resort it is truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived (a group of 15 people), the staff made us feel so welcomed with their friendliness and kindness. They were always eager to help, which added such a warm touch to the stay. The resort itself was spotless, and the stunning views were simply breathtaking—whether from my room or while lounging by the pool. One of the highlights of our visit was the fun karaoke night they hosted, which brought everyone together for a fantastic time. We also had planned to try out the stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) experience, especially to explore the famous caves nearby, but unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate with us when we had the time to do it. However, from the stories the staff told us, the caves sound absolutely incredible, and I’m definitely looking forward to experiencing them next time. Everything about this resort was perfect, and I highly recommend!!

We didn’t like anything and left without staying even one night. We sat in the room for half an hour until we had secured alternative accommodation

“Boom Chakalaka”

First stay for us in Lafkada, family with 3 kids, and we choose the Chakalaka resort due to the great reviews. Indeed a wonderful stay, rooms are clean and maintained, and as pictures present in booking. We were in the villa, which was newly aquired but not renovated, featuring a bedroom, living room with 2 sofas and a kitchen fully accessorized , plus one bathroom. There is a nice terrace outside with chairs overlooking the bay Pool area is lovely for the kids and family, big pool with kids accessories, many chairs and shade, jaquzi and outdoor shower, pool towels and sauna. You can find 2 pool tables, darts, backgammon in the main area next to the bar, and in the evening there is karoki in the bar! Every day you get beautiful views over the bay, from any spot. The best thing here is the lovely staff led by Niko and Tsahi, who wish to make your stay perfect and deal with any problem. Here you can get also to rent SUP and bikes in good prices , overall very good value for money we had a blast! Thank you!

“Best vacation in the best place”

It was an amazing vacation! The entire staff of the resort was so nice and helpful with the best energy you could ask for on vacation! Most of the equipment in the rooms was new and also in the outdoor facilities at the resort. Nikos's breakfasts are nothing less than amazing with a combination of an amazing view we got a perfect vacation. And of course the resort manager who never stops caring and helping with everything needed including renting beach equipment and bicycles and recommendations on the best beaches and taverns on the island! A place that gives a feeling of home, without a doubt we fell in love and without a doubt we will come back again!

Chakalaka Resort is a wonderful place to spend your holidays in Lefkada, the location is fantastic with a marvellous view. The apartment was very clean, quiet and very comfortable. The employees are lovely, very attentive and polite. The owner has been perfect, very very nice. Everything was provided for our stay and he gave us a lot of helpful tips.
