“Very disappointing,service could be better”
Breakfast was very nice,they gave me 1 breakfast free,because I had a lot of items on my list that I was not happy with.Something wrong with the electricity and the room was very dark.Lot of noise from the doors and I was close to the lift and woke me up 40 plus times in the morning.Because the door in between the corridor and the lift was to loud it didn't close very slowly There was a constant bang,before it closed properl.The area is not very nice,you pass an estate before you can park.If there is space to park. Getting out of the door,you have to use the revolving doors,it is a steep drop down especially if you are a bit older.Very unsafe!

“Disappointing experience”
"I booked a superior room but was placed in an awkwardly shaped room in a basement-like area. It was freezing cold. Even though the heating was on all night, the temperature barely reached 18°C. Definitely not what I expected for the price."

The food of the restaurant is good,and the waitresses who work there are very kind. I have to say the same thing about the reception staff.
