Absolutely no information when i Checked in! No one at reception, you had to call for receptionist. Had help from 2 nice guest at check in. Hotel is very nice with a nice pool and Beautiful view over mountains. BUT the walls are like they are made of papper, you hear everything from guest and they were noisy so both nights i had to knock on Wall and even go out in corridor at midnight when Guests were banging on my neighbours door!!

Property is horrible. Extremely dirty and too expensive for the conditions they suggest.
