Overview
Set in a charming country house with gardens and heated rooms, Casa Almoina is located in the village of San Román do Val. Just 1 km away is the Galician coast with its sandy beaches. The stone walls give a rustic feel and rooms feature classic décor and beamed ceilings. Each one has a private bathroom and a TV, and offers views of the surrounding countryside. Throughout the property there is free private parking is also available. Staff are able to provide tourist information for the area. Casa Almoina is easily accessible from the N-642 road and the towns of Viveiro and Celeiro are less than 15 minutes’ drive away. A Coruña is around 120 km from the house.

“Excellent!”
Beautiful property in a fabulous rural location but easy to get to the local towns and beaches. The room was beautiful, big comfortable bed with good linen, exposed old brickwork, lovely furniture and very clean. Alfonso, the owner, is charming and very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, his breakfasts are tasty, freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit, meats and fried eggs and bacon. He made every effort to speak Spanish slowly so we could understand! We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Almoina

“Special corner”
We decided to book Casa Almonia for its stunning location and great rating. We did not get wrong. Located within real nature and a relaxing area, Casa Almonia offers you the MOST delicious breakfast of the region: homemade desserts, incredible eggs and a very kind staff service. Casa Almonia is directly managed by the owner, which that ALL pays attention to detail. Totally recommended!!
