The Land Beyond is a great place to stay in the mountains. Cosy and very close to Monodendri if you plan to do the Vikos Gorge hike. The host was very responsive and helpful!

We stay two days in this beautiful apartments. The location is great for explore Zagori area. Apartments are clean, spacious and unique. The host is very pleasant. All recommendations for this place. .

The view is amazing, the silence and the bird songs. We had everything we needed. The house is very nice and you can cook there. The rooms are small but sweet. The village is renovated and very beautiful.

“Pure bliss”

This place is pure bliss. Nico and his team work extremely hard to have an amazing place for their guests, and I can tell they are extremely successful. Nicely decorated room and large common dining area, which our son used extensively on these rainy afternoons and evenings. Big terrace overlooking the mountains, very quiet, and well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately we only stayed two nights due to the fact that a combination of bad weather, toddler and mountains is far for perfect. Otherwise, we would have extended our stay!

We spend two nights in this beautiful place in November; the structure is surrounded by nature and in a good position to explore Vikos Gorge and the other villages. The room has every comfort, you can regulate the heating and the beds and bathroom are perfect, with warm duvets, hot water and hairdryer. The room is not that big, but the amazing kitchen, comfy living room and the huge terrace make up for it. The kitchen is fully furnished and the living room has sofas and books to relax. I recommend the place 100%!!

Great location, easy to reach with the provided directions. Very clean. Friendly hosts. All the possible facilities (kitchen with everything, living room, terrace where to eat or take the sun). We were alone in an amazing location: amazing view on the valley, cosy and large common space (kitchen, breakfast, dining and relaxing room), huge outside, super silent.

This place is totally different than any other which I have ever experienced. And I mean this in a positive way of course. It has fascinating surroundings, the landlord is very nice and hospitable, the rooms were very clean and it has great shared chill out place (inside and outside). The building is traditionally for this place built with rocks. Good location for exploring the nature and hiking. Great value for money.

All was perfect for that moment, as we were the only guests (or the others were very quiet). A very calming place especially in January when it´s not the peak season. Also there was no problem to bring our 30 kg dog along. :)

We recently had the pleasure of staying at "The Land Beyond" in Vitsa and it was a great experience. The location was perfect, with stunning surroundings. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, providing a great night's sleep. Though the bathrooms were a bit noisy, they were clean and well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly helpful, providing us with valuable information about the area and promptly answering any questions we had. Overall, our stay at "The Land Beyond" was wonderful and we highly recommend it to others looking for a memorable stay in Vitsa.

The views are sublime, the place is amazing and our price was excellent. Wouldn’t change a thing.

Very good location to visit the canyon. Very cosy rooms. Especially the natural stone wall was amazing. Very comfortable beds. Shared kitchen is well equipped. Easy self check-in. Nice and helpful staff.
