This comfortable, small hotel is located 20 minutes’ walk from the historic centre. It offers a pretty garden, a restaurant with a covered outdoor terrace and free Wi-Fi. Hotel Araba’s stylish, air-conditioned rooms are soundproofed and feature garden views. All include a TV, safe, telephone and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Hotel ratings on Booking.com for Spain are always too high. I don’t know how it works. At the time of booking, the hotel had a rating of 9.3, but in reality it’s a solid 7. I’ve been traveling for work for 13 years, and every week I spend at least 2–4 nights in hotels across Europe and sometimes beyond. 24-hour front desk; around 8 a.m., the doors to the building housing the front desk are locked (accommodations are in a different building); it has a slightly old-school feel in terms of appearance and amenities, etc. And overall, the hotel’s nature doesn’t really make it worthy of a score higher than 9. It’s a good, average hotel for a few nights. But it’s definitely not top-notch.

“Nice stay in a nice town”
Nice and modern Hotel a little bit outside of the center of Vitoria Gasteiz. The walk to the centre of town takes about half an hour the location itself is very quiet. Reception was done in a very friendly way. The check-in process took a little bit longer as we travelled with E bikes we need a secured location which was offered by the property. Rooms are modern with all comfort and well designed bed and pillow are rough nice quality and offer a good sleep quality. We had dinner in the property which was very nice and with a good price quality ratio.

Quiet 20 room hotel newly appointed. High end restaurant attached to front with daily lunch menu Mon to Friday €22. No discount offered to guests for dinner. Prices for main course start at €20, Good WiFi and aircon. Shower good but very slippery floor beware.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food for dinner and breakfast. Spacious room with efficient air con. Easy parking on street outside but secure parking is available at the rear. Lovely gardens and a very interesting kitchen garden wall visible from the dining room.

Staff was lovely, food in the restaurant was very good, outside garden terrace was great. Room was very clean and the bathroom was lovely. Parking outside was safe.

“One and only stay”
Comfortable, parking in street close Charlie (who seemed to do everything) came to our aid and ordered us a pizza as Resturant closed. It had a fridge but..
