Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Set in a historic 13th century farmhouse. The owners Roberto and Rosanna were incredibly hospitable and we arrived to a freshly made jam tart. The accommodation was very well equipped with all we could need. Kitchen was excellent with all the essentials you need to prepare meals. The gardens were incredible and so beautiful. We wished we had the time to stay longer. Very highly recommended. A 10 minute drive to the beautiful old city of Viterbo. Well worth a wander around especially in the evening.

“A wonderful stay despite the rain!”

Everything! Great location within easy reach of Viterbo by either car or foot. To save time & energy we drove to one of the gates (Carmine) and parked the car for free. Just a 2 minute drive, but also walkable. The house was Peaceful, quiet & private. The accommodation was like home from home, the kitchen is very well equipped. Rosanna & Roberto are very lovely hosts and provided lots of extras (eg their own olive oil, milk, cereal, cakes, croissants etc). The accommodation is a good size. The beds are very comfortable. The heating was also appreciated (in March) but there is also air conditioning for the warmer months.

“Wonderful apartment near Viterbo and Terme”

Its not our first apartment or B&B rental in Italy (and in this area) but I can honestly say it was the best . At First I have to mention that this apartment was absolutely dry and warm even on rainy day without heater. If you ever rented something in Italy you know what I am talking about. If you need to rent it during winter times they have great heating as well. Second , apartment was absolutely clean and beautifully decorated ,surrounded by beautiful private garden. You will have everything you need to have a great time ,tea, coffee, oil, wine and lots of jams and cookies just in case you need a snack. Remember its just an apartment not a B&B so they don't have to provide you with food at all. I also must say what a wonderful people owners are, they really want you to be comfortable and welcome you with a warm heart . I really hope to come back and highly recommend it to all my friends.

“Quiet and lovely accommodation”

Everything!!! Rossana and her son Lorenzo greeted us after us standing in front of°° the wrong house! Lorenzo speaks perfect English and could translate everything. Such a lovely space with a private terrace in the beautiful garden. Many little attentive things.

We loved the peace and comfort of the house and enjoyed the garden. It was an easy walk into the historic city. Roberto, Rosanna and Lorenzo were excellent hosts, friendly, helpful and hospitable.

“A stay like with a close family in a house with a beautiful garden”

Super hospitable hosts. Beautiful garden. Family atmosphere. We felt like we were visiting family. We were given a cake upon arrival and during our stay. The hosts prepared for us everything that could be useful for the first days of our stay, as well as their own olive oil. A garden beautifully decorated by Rossana.

This place is so lovely. Great outdoor space. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Indoors has everything you need and is very comfortable. Air conditioning was a bonus when it was hot outside. Perfect location out of the town.

“A very comfortable stay like a home.”

The hosts were very nice people. They had no issue if we arrived a bit late due to traffic. They took time to explain everything in detail and the lady provided us with exquisite home made sweets. The room was comfortable and area is so peaceful. This place is ideal for people looking for quality time and stay with kids since there is a big garden.

We really enjoyed our short stay. The family were very welcoming and friendly. It exceeded our expectations and we will be back. Thank you
