“It’s ok if you travel for work”

The staff are very kind and helpful. The reception is always open. I could park my car very close to the hotel.

Good location. Friendly welcome and helpful staff. Faded glory of an old hotel converted (in 1960’s?) from a merchant’s house originally built in the 1500’s with the fireplace in the breakfast room from the 1600’s. Seemingly many original 1960’s fittings. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Has to be said, I got a good night’s sleep. Agreeable Breakfast. My room was literally the last available room that day across all platforms In Viterbo on the holiday weekend.

Convenient and easy to find in the old city. Affordable. 24 hour reception. The staff I met were helpful and friendly. Good places to visit nearby (the National Etruscan Museum is excellent), and good places to eat. Good breakfast included!

The location is super central - you can walk everywhere. No need to have a car but if you do there's some parking and although my car was too large for the tiny old streets, I was able to leave it in the local piazza. I am a solo female traveller and I felt very safe.

⚠️✋️🛑Please, be aware 🙏 avoid this hotel. I have been stolen by lady of the service. She entered at my room during the breakfast time and took money in my wallet ( 2 times/ the third time I recorded it.) I am shocked 😲 At least, the reception guy helped to take my money back 🤲

Mr Marco's service was exceptional. The room was big, clean and fully equipped. Breakfast was good and delicious. We will definitely recommend and surely be back.

Centre of the historic town

The room was very spacious and clean although the fitout was quite old. Staff were lovely and accommodating to our request to store luggage and to organise a breakfast for us as we were leaning early. There was some noise from the corridor, but overall, fantastic location and excellent value for money..
