We had a bigger room with king size bed. It was worth for the money: the room was spacious just like the bed. Location of the hotel is also good, easy to find and approach with car while the old city is some 15 mins walking through park. The neighbouring building is a shopping mall. Breakfast is excellent, and the buffet dinner is also nice. There is a closed parking for a symbolic EUR 5 per 24h.

“Comfortable hotel”
Everything! A very comfortable hotel stayed overnight. Good breakfast for 10€ Friendly staff. Parking for 5€ Ristorante Pizzeria Buongiorno Napoli below hotel. Excellent pizza and pasta.

“Great hotel”
The hotel and it's staff were fantastic. The rooms were clean, the breakfast had plenty of choice, including bacon and scrambled eggs along with a full continental selection. There were great restaurants close by as well as a small ish shopping mall with a supermarket.

“Nice older style hotel in Viterbo but not centrally located.”
Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good value for the money. Also, having the parking (paid) at the front door was a bonus. If you go to Viterbo for the Papi Spa only, then this might be a good place to stay as you need to drive to the spa.
